Participants can earn Northstar certificates, attend workforce workshops, receive one-on-one tech support, access public computers, and borrow devices. These services help bridge gaps in employment, education, and healthcare access.

Beginner classes focus on foundational skills such as email, internet navigation, and online safety.

Intermediate classes prepare participants to earn Northstar Digital Literacy certificates, validating their skills for employment and career advancement.

We offer free one-on-one tech support and public computer access to assist with job applications, email setup, online forms, telehealth appointments, and accessing government and healthcare services. Walk-in support ensures residents can navigate critical systems with guidance and confidence.

Career & Financial Empowerment

We provide in-person workshops to strengthen job readiness and economic stability. Topics include resume writing, mock interviews, workplace communication, and financial literacy.

 

These workshops help participants translate digital skills into employment opportunities.

Access Beyond the Classroom

Our short-term laptop lending program helps eliminate barriers for participants engaged in job search, training, education, or telehealth. Access to a reliable device at home supports continued learning, employment readiness, and improved access to essential healthcare resources.
